My name is Nyla and I am the Regional Director for POLE CAT POWER™ for Arizona, retired exotic dancer, personal trainer, certified fitness professional and Exotic Aerial Dance Instructor. The woman in the above video is Shawn. Shawn is my business partner, a seasoned fitness professional, a master exotic dancer, one of my coaches and the woman who trained me in my advanced instructional techniques. She created POLE CAT POWER™ which was the first pole dance instructional method to be recognized by AFAA. Shawn's method has set the standard for SAFE and EFFECTIVE pole dance instruction and is highly respected for her knowledge, accuracy, skill, and authenticity in the pole dancing industry. PUSSYCATS POLE DANCE™ hires only POLE CAT POWER™trained and licensed instructors to ensure your safety and progression in pole dancing. We are the ONLY studio in Arizona that offers POLE CAT POWER™.

Pussycats® Pole Dance has a specific purpose.
It is to provide women of all ages, shapes, sizes and experience levels a unique form of exercise that will
strengthen and tone their bodies while unleashing their inner
goddess in a safe, fun and encouraging environment. We call this form of exercise "alternative dance fitness™" and will burn fat and calories, help you lose weight, build strong muscle, rhythm, a healthy self-image and boost self-confidence! You play the roles of wife, mother, sister, daughter, co-worker, maid, cook, and who knows what else. It's time you stepped out of those roles and allowed yourself to play the role of WOMAN and have some fun!
Our instructors are real dancers with over 30 YEARS combined experience and training. Not just in Pole Dance but in Ballet, Pilates, Hip Hop, Latin & ballroom dance fitness, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Jazz, Gymnastics, Ethnic dance, exotic yoga, naughty pilates, fitness and personal training, professional choreography and more. The PUSSYCATS DANCE TEACHERS are well-rounded and competent instructors and that allows us to offer more than JUST pole dance classes.
