Where did YOUR pole dance instructor learn to teach?
POLE CAT POWER™ Instructors are trained over the course of a year and are required to teach assist with an instructor for 6 months before we allow them to teach on their own. We do not turn out instructors with a "weekend certification."

Pussycats® Pole Dance has a specific purpose.
It is to provide women of all ages, shapes, sizes and experience levels a unique form of exercise that will
strengthen and tone their bodies while unleashing their inner
goddess in a safe, fun and encouraging environment. We call this form of exercise "alternative dance fitness™" and will burn fat and calories, help you lose weight, build strong muscle, rhythm, a healthy self-image and boost self-confidence! You play the roles of wife, mother, sister, daughter, co-worker, maid, cook, and who knows what else. It's time you stepped out of those roles and allowed yourself to play the role of WOMAN and have some fun!
Our instructors are real dancers with over 30 YEARS combined experience and training. Not just in Pole Dance but in Ballet, Pilates, Hip Hop, Latin & ballroom dance fitness, Belly Dance, Flamenco, Jazz, Gymnastics, Ethnic dance, exotic yoga, naughty pilates, fitness and personal training, professional choreography and more. The PUSSYCATS® DANCE TEACHERS are well-rounded and competent instructors and that allows us to offer more than JUST pole dance classes.
